FREA Leadership

Chris Crovatto and John Seeburger, FREA's principals, bring over 30 years of experience each in commercial and residential real estate. They have worked together for over 20 years building fund management, loan origination, and underwriting platforms for large institutions such as Bank of America, Heller Financial, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Babcock and Brown.

Together, they have been directly responsible for raising, investing, or lending over $4 billion in equity and debt. This extensive experience covers the purchase, construction, renovation, or refinancing of thousands of properties, ranging from single and multifamily assets to complex commercial portfolios across nearly all asset classes.
