A Fix & Flip loan is a short-term financing solution designed for real estate investors purchasing and renovating properties for resale.
At Foundation Specialty Finance, we fund both the purchase and rehab, allowing you to execute your value-add strategy without tying up your own capital. Once the renovation is complete, you can sell or refinance the property.
